At Noval Mart, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find all the details regarding our order processing times, shipping rates, and delivery estimates.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation message or email once your order is placed, followed by dispatch details once it ships.

2. Delivery Rates & Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Standard Nationwide Delivery: 3 to 5 business days.

  • Major Cities: 2 to 3 business days.

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 4 to 7 business days.

Shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Options

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders across Pakistan.

  • Advance payment methods via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa are also accepted.

  • For COD orders, please ensure the exact invoice amount is available upon parcel arrival.

4. Order Tracking & Confirmation

  • Once your parcel is dispatched, our team will send you a tracking link or tracking ID via WhatsApp or Email.

  • You can use the provided tracking ID on the courier partner's official website to monitor your shipment.

5. Delivery Issues & Address Changes

  • Address Corrections: If you need to change your delivery address or contact number, please reach out to us within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Failed Deliveries: Courier riders will make up to two delivery attempts. If you are unavailable or unreachable, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

6. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your package arrives visibly damaged, tampered with, or missing items:

  1. Please take clear photos or a short video of the outer box and contents.

  2. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. We will inspect the issue and dispatch a replacement or arrange a resolution.
